Responsibilities:

Skills:
- All activities from hiring to reliving or rejoining of employee.
- Create and Update database with prospect leads/employees and allied stakeholders.
- Sourcing the required candidates, Screen Profiles of candidates and contributing in the process of recruiting and onboarding the qualified candidates.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Prepare HR-related reports as required.
- Be in a regular touch base with team mates at Ulticus India.
- Get involved in curation, review and implementation of company policies.
- Participate in organizing company events, careers day and allied HR Activities.
- Coordinating orientation and team building events.
- Reporting to your team lead / manager on a timely basis.
